Jay is Games

For someone like me who uses games to waste time and procrastinate, this website is awesome. It’s infinitely better than weeding through Addicting Games and trying to find the flash games that are actually well-developed and fun, not “Sexy Dress-up Elves Try To Rape Them” or whatever Addicting Games is currently marketing. There are new games and game reviews posted all the time, so every time I’m procrastinating (every day) and come back to it, there’s something new to distract me.

The first game this website took me to was Achievement Unlocked 3. Two days later, I’m now down to that last 1% of achievements… And I haven’t broken and gone to the walk-through yet!

Give it a try. Gamer or not, it should be fun. Also, Felicia Day likes this website, so how can you go wrong?

RSA Animate - The Empathic Civilisation (by theRSAorg)

Remember, you cannot be both young and wise. Young people who pretend to be wise to the ways of the world are mostly just cynics. Cynicism masquerades as wisdom, but it is the farthest thing from it. Because cynics don’t learn anything. Because cynicism is a self-imposed blindness, a rejection of the world because we are afraid it will hurt us or disappoint us. Cynics always say no. But saying “yes” begins things. Saying “yes” is how things grow. Saying “yes” leads to knowledge. “Yes” is for young people. So for as long as you have the strength to, say yes.
